March 21-2010: A “Gulf Meet” was organized by Sunni Vidyarthi Sangha (SVS) at Alekala, Ullal near here on Saturday.
The programme started with Darga Ziyarath, Hazrath Achi Saheb Valiyullahi (Q.S). Alekala Masjid Khatheeb Pattambi Usthad offered Du’a.
Alekala Madrasa Sadar Muallim ND Aboobaker Madani inaugurated the programme while Jumma Masjid President US Hamza presided over.
Speaking on the occasion, SYS State General Secretary GM Muhammad Kamil Saqafi said there would be a great reward for those who serve towards community during their gulf stay.
Hanif Haji Ullal and Ashraf Haji Ullal spoke. SSF Alekala branch President Jabbar Usthad, Secretary Shamsuddin, UD Ashraf, Ibrahim Kakkethota, Kunhi Ahmed were present. SVS President Qubaibu Thangal welcomed the gathering. General Secretary Ansar Alekala proposed vote of thanks.
Treasurer CM Ashraf compered the programme.
